Each item in our shop will tell you how many flowers are required in the details section. We do not need your whole bouquet. Keep flowers whole & cut the stems short. We will dry them for you. Place them in a small box with paper towels bunched around them or layered. We can not use succulents. NO PLASTICS, WET PACKS. Use all dry materials. Plastics can cause the flowers to mold & we will not be able to use them. Put your order # in the box. We are closed on Sat. & Sun. Once we receive your flowers, we will send you an email w/completion date. For completely dried flowers, please just double bag them & ship them in the packaging of your choice.

Floral preservation into jewelry and keepsakes is custom work and subject to creative decisions made during the design stage. Our designs are made using both your written instructions and aesthetic considerations for the production of a quality product.

Leftover flowers will be stored for 4 weeks after we complete your order for re-orders and then discarded. For a longer storage period, make arrangements with us before the 4 weeks are up. We do not return any leftover flowers.

Our average turnaround time is 10-12 weeks from the time we receive your flowers and your order is paid in full. This timeframe may be extended during the holidays. We will send you a tentative completion date as soon as we receive your materials.

We prefer fresh flowers to be shipped to us so we can professionaly dry them for you. However, we can use dried flowers from past events!
